During the Lenten Season The Moosomin & District Association of Churches (Ministerial) come together to have a devotional time within Moosomin and Rocanville. This year St. Mary's Catholic Church is hosting the location while other Christian Churches within Moosomin rotate to each take a turn in leading and feeding the community with at 20-minute devotional based on our Lenten scripture and then put on a lunch for the community. The lunch is a free will offering that allows the Ministerial to raise funds to put back into the community of Moosomin. This is the only fundraiser that the Ministerial does throughout the year to put towards Christian initiatives within the community. They take these funds and donate them back into Moosomin at initiatives such as the food bank, the dial-a-van, the hospital and other initiatives throughout the year. It starts Tuesday March 11, 2025 at 12:00pm.
