This is a fundraiser that St. Thomas and St. Paul's have been doing for many years together and we look forward to many more. Come and enjoy the good food and great company, without any clean up afterwards. Shrove Tuesday is the last day before the Lenten Season begins and it is a time for confession and cleansing. The idea of having a pancake supper is a old tradition that allowed for Christians to use up the items that would spoil over Lent when they were fasting. Pancakes were a perfect way to use up their eggs, milk and flour.
